Key Responsibilities - Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures such as dental implants, tooth extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
- Infection Control: Sterilisation and preparation of instruments in line with health and safety standards.
- Patient Care: Provide pre- and post-operative support to patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Front Desk Management:
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
- Handle phone inquiries and greet patients in a welcoming manner.
- Process payments and manage patient records.
- Stock Management: Assist with ordering and maintaining dental supplies.
